About us

Hey. We are the developers behind STUDO — also students. The app was born out of frustration with existing study tools: too many unnecessary features, too many paywalls, and too little focus on what actually works.

We wanted something clean, fast and distraction-free, so we built it ourselves. What started as a side project has grown into something we're proud of.

STUDO is exactly what you need to study smarter: no hidden costs, no unnecessary extras, just powerful tools that work. Every feature solves a real problem.

The story behind STUDO

It started during a busy exam period. We were juggling multiple subjects, trying out all kinds of study apps and kept getting disappointed. Some were packed with features nobody uses. Others locked basic functionality behind expensive subscriptions. And most felt like they weren't made by people who are still students.

So we opened our laptops and started coding. The first version was simple — just flashcards and a quiz. But it worked. From there, STUDO kept growing, driven by our own study needs and feedback from friends who started using it.

What makes STUDO different

There are plenty of study apps. Here's what makes STUDO different:

• 100% free core features — learning shouldn't have a paywall

Because we're still small, your feedback has a direct impact on the future of the app. Got an idea, feature request or bug? Send it our way. Every suggestion gets read and many of them make it into the app.

Where we're headed

STUDO is currently a small, indie project. But the goal is clear: become the go-to study app for students without compromising on simplicity or accessibility.

iOS app - coming soon

We're working on the first official STUDO iOS app. All core features are coming to iPhone and iPad, with the same focus on speed and simplicity.

Study on the bus, in the library or right before an exam — STUDO is there. Release coming soon.

The team

Right now, STUDO is a small team of students. We handle design, development, testing and support — all alongside a full-time student life. That also means we know exactly what students need.
